A series of short definitions. You can get much more info from a quick Google search. This doesnt provide enough information to be really helpful.
CHD affects 1-100 children and is an issue in sudden death of children Nd teens during normal childhood events if undetected. A simple pulse ox test when the child is born and periodically through the first few years can deduct an issue. Any Ap on childrens health should include basic info on CHDs and where you should go for help or information. Its My Heart is a great CHD awareness group for parents of children with CHD.
